I have got wayyy too busy to do this blog...But I will show you what I meant.
I have done a liver flush... and some stones came out. These are the ones that came out. They are tiny, which is a shame, but I will be at it again! And cleanse my liver!
The book is by Andreas Moritz, and it is realllyyyyyy interesting.
If you want some details on how the flush went and how many colonics were needed and how many apples were eaten...tell me and it will come soon!

what is funny about the stones which come out , is that they start very bright green, and as they dry up, they just change colour! it's really odd.
