Panorama

2009.06.27

Just found a program, that I didn't know I had on my computer, that makes panoramas. So I went through my old pics and put these together. Not sure how well they'll display on the blog, got my fingers crossed.

Clevername Well apparently finger crossing only works when your a kid, cause those are ridiculously tiny. Wish there was a better way to display them, cause they're pretty cool full size. Oh well, what a ya gonna do.

lookagain I find that in order to get the best results for posting shots on this site they have to be longer than wider. So panoramas are tough. Revenant has posted some panoramas of Athens sideways...although you need to turn your head it's easier to see the full beauty of the shot.

Clevername Well that's better, if not exactly what I want. Had to cut two from the full size attempts, guess they were too big for the site or something, but at least I can show some of them larger. Thanks to lookagain for the sideways tip :)

lookagain We went up to the American Eagles Overlook near Goldfield/Victor today. OMG....it's a fantastic view in spite of the surface mining they're doing there. There's also a lot of old mining structures, etc. on the way up...and at the top. Worth the trip. http://www.victorcolorado.com/eagles.htm
