June 16: A Walk in the Park

Blaze turns into a gooby-loose-lipped-knocky-kneed-loopy-dog when we let him off his lead in the park. His tongue nearly hits his ears and his feet barely hit the ground.

Boy Wonder and I tried teaching him to push the traffic lights on the way to the park, but Blaze thought it was an invitation to jump all over us and leave scratch marks (or goobies) on us.

Had a gorgeous walk in the park with my boy and my dog. Just easy, simple, laughing, ambling, BEing with each other. Today I am thankful for easy afternoons that I can share with my son.
