June 18: What's cookin'?

Boy Wonderful learned how to make Chilli Con Carne in "Fun With Food" last week. He cooked it for us tonight + visitors Chris, Jenny and Matt. As he included some unique variations, we renamed the dish, "Chilli Connor Can".

I told him everyone going back for seconds was a sign of his fabulous cooking (...nothing to do with his skungy serving sizes).

Today I am thankful for Home Ec teachers who can inspire their students with a winning recipe: tasty, healthy and easy.
