July 19: City Meets Country

Margaret River is growing like a virus. Dairy farms are gradually disappearing and being replaced by vineyards, chocolate companies, meusli makers, super golf courses, breweries, cheese companies and... suburbs. Even our farm will one day be converted from a cattle farm to an airstrip as the demand for charter flights in the region grows.

Today I am thankful I was able to witness this beautiful region while still a sleepy town.
