Sept 19: Baby Charlie

My friend had pre-eclampsia and was forced to give birth to her son at 27 weeks. This is baby Charlie at a couple of weeks old (or minus 2 months old if you go by his due date).
What a miracle that he not only survived, but was able to come off his ventilator for a short period for a quick skin-to-skin cuddle with Mum.
Today I feel very privileged to have met baby Charlie, and pray for his ongoing health and increased strength.
