Nov 21: You Know You're in a Country Town When...

You know you're in a country town when the pub is the biggest and best kept building in town, closely followed by the Post Office, the Agricultural Society and The Western Australian Bank (that has been converted to residential).

Today I am thankful that even country town cricket pitches have toilet blocks.

PS... it's six months today since I started this project. From tomorrow I'm beyond the half-way point. It has been a bit of a challenge at times, but when I look back over my year to date, wow -- it is a really worthwhile exercise!
