In what some are describing as a "Rudd Slide", the opposition was voted in today. Kevin Rudd won the election for the Labor Party, slamming the Liberals who have been in power since one Mardi Gras in the late 90s (that's all I remember about the last change of ruling party).
Today I am thankful life will go on (for the time being)
