Dec 24: Victorian sunshine

As lousy as yesterday's weather was, today's was fabulous. Blue skies and sparkling water greeted us as we boarded the ferry to return to Seattle today.

Had a terrific Xmas Eve party with the new in-laws with crazy gift-giving and enough food to sink a ship.

Today I am thankful to be experiencing an American family Xmas -- so different to the Australian version!
