ooops, found out that we were indeed expected at the wedding rehearsal at the church, and double oops, found out we were the HOSTS of the rehearsal dinner this evening!
The dinner was held at the Defiance Point zoo with a special guest -- a kookaburra introduced by the keeper. Afterwards we wandered about in the freezing cold being wowed by the gorgeous xmas lights.
Today I am thankful for being able to experience an "American xmas"
