Jan 10: Crookedest St

Way back on May 23 I came across a steep and winding road in Albany, and thought how much it reminded me of my time in San Francisco with BFF Rikke.

Today I found the Crookedest St again and took "the boys" down it. Great fun.

The closest thing we did today that came close to a Scottish Stunt was to drive around Powel St comparing car park prices. It paid off -- instead of paying $21 for the first car park we saw, we ended up finding one a block away for $9 for the same time period. Wooo-hoooo, saved a whopping $12 ;-)

Today I am thankful that no matter where you look, you can always be reminded of loved ones around the world.

TheCrazyCroat Don't a search of where I live brought me upon your blog. Today I am grateful I found yours and think this is such a marvelous idea! I used to keep a gratitude journal and it an uplifting thing to do.

You were in my country when you made a wrong turn and crossed the Narrows Bridge.
