Years ago I remember saying to a girlfriend, "my idea of a perfect man is one who can build me a house, then put down his hammer and cook me a roast."
This innocuous conversation came back to me this evening while I was watching my man (still in his building gear) cook a roast lamb in honour of Vaughan and Piper's visit to the farm.
Sighhhhh, today I am thankful for all the friends who I've ever had innocuous conversations with! ha ha
