Jan 30: Cankles

Bloody hell I love summer, but what the heat has been doing to my feet lately is scary -- I only have to be SITTING and the fluid retention becomes something-that-needs-to-be-seen-to-be-believed.

These feet and cankles belong to me, and this is AFTER a 20-minute soothing soak in the Gracetown Beach!

Today I am thankful that other than cankles, I'm in perfect health :-)

OMgosh! That's some terrible swelling. Not to sound like your Mom or anything, but be sure and let your doc know about that.
