Was able to greet Gavstar at the door with great news today -- the council has approved our plans for the new house!
Naturally I'm looking forward to paying a visit to the engineer FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING to get the building license application underway!
Today I am grateful that the stress over THREE re-draws and ENDLESS faffing around just dropped away with eight little (and big) words: "Notice of Determination of Application for Planning Approved"
