Gotta love a man who can finish building a house in five days (although today was Day 6 of building the house at Yarloop), then come home and get himself to a cooking class.
We signed up for the Coeliac cooking class to see if we could add some more variety to the gluten-free menu that rules our kitchen. Very glad we did - the New Zealand salmon (the only farmed salmon in the world that's not fed anti-biotics, we're told) was awesome. So was the mango sticky rice, lemon tarts and green chicken curry.
Today I am thankful my man finally learned how to chop spring onions, ha ha. Yes Gavstar, you DO leave the green bits on!
