Gavstar is playing golf today/tonight (how does THAT work?!) so Boy Wonderful offered to cook the risotto that he learned at cooking class few weeks ago.
After a late start and some hairy moments, some help from cousin Matt and sideline coaching from me, he served up some very awesome prawn and saffron risotto.
Today I am thankful that I have such a proactive and enterprising young man to call my son.
