April 12: Long Lunch at Lamonts

It's exactly six months today until my 40th birthday... there's no better time to start the post-baby fitness plan so that I'm in top shape for the big day. Yep... I'll start a program soon, right after a long lunch with the girls on a sublimely warm afternoon in a wonderful restaurant in Margaret River.

Today I'm thankful I've already got the tried-and-true Goddess Diet worked out, and it only takes 21 days to see a goddess in the mirror!
