After our visitors (Serene and Jus) left, I sat down on the couch to "assume the position" - ie, feed the baby AGAIN. When I am feeding the baby it is a time for reflection and for simply BE-ing. This time was no different, until I noticed a cheeky frog sitting on the verandah outside.
"Quick!" I yelled to Boy Wonderful. "Get the camera - there's a strange looking frog sitting on the verandah!"
BW and Gavstar went outside to investigate while I had my trigger-finger on the phone ready to call the
Toad Busters if it turned out to be a cane toad.
A few minutes later I could only hear laughter. The mysterious frog was a toy that the painters had unearthed and placed out of harm's way while they were painting.
Today I am thankful for the biggest laughs that can be found in the littlest moments.
