May 19: Happy Cross Walking

Boy Wonderful said he'd be my walking buddy this afternoon - we always see bizarre things when walking, after all. There was that time we saw a squirrel moments after we'd been talking about the squirrel in "Over the Hedge". Then there was the time we saw a man brushing his teeth in the playground, a woman talking on two mobile phones at once, and a particularly scary incident where BW nearly got hit by a wide-swinging bus as it turned the corner.

Today's walk was no different. Today Boy Wonderful nearly got hit by a bus (again), and we saw a dog straddling a bicycle while waiting for its owner.

Today I am thankful my BW is protected despite being a magnet for rogue bus drivers.
