Nov 11: The Little Star LOVES Blaze. She goes into gales of giggles when she sees him. So she really loved the chance to get up close and personal this afternoon during a play session.

After 22 months of drawing plans, waiting, submitting plans, waiting, revising plans, waiting waiting waiting, a dream came true this week -- the "Demolition Zone" sign was put up outside the old house.
Also a day that Gavstar has been waiting nine months for -- the day he could fly his Little Star to the farm. She handled it with aplomb.
This week I learned:
* Offer a freebie to an audience and they'll all line up;
* It's not just daughter #1 that can talk underwater -- it's ALL teenagers;
* Babies think dogs are HILARIOUS;
* It's never too early to start safety officer training;
* Good things come to those who harass the city council;
* Seeing a window full of one's book is like being hit by a thunderbolt;
* Act like everything's normal, babies follow suit.
