Feb 21: The Little Star turns one tomorrow, so to celebrate we took her out for a restaurant meal. (We enjoyed it anyway!) We had no plans, just hopped into the car and road-tripped to Mandurah, parked at the marina, and walked for five minutes. There was no question that the restaurant we found was the right one for us - it had "22" in its name. To escalate the woo-woo factor, there were exactly 22 items on the menu. Woo wowowoowow wooooo

Feb 22: Awwww, my little bubba is all grown up... was able to put her hair into the tootest little pig-tails for her first birthday today. A first for a first. She suddenly looked like a little girl rather than the little baby that has taken over our lives.

Feb 23: Oh come on already, enough with the "22" sightings, now the Universe has to escalate to "222"? This one hit me as I was reading up on the Oscar nominations for tonight's awards, and of course it's all about Heath Ledger who died Jan 22, 2008.

The "22" sightings continued in abundance this week. I did more investigation and am unable to find more than what I learned just over year ago - "22" is a sign that we're on the right track. This gives me a great deal of comfort as we were left with no option but to list my house for sale this week. Have been anointing my heart chakra and affirming "joy" like crazy this week to help me deal with the churn of emotions that selling my house evoke. It's all fine, I know that, so it's just the transition that we're going through right now that's the bumpy bit...
