June 5: What possessed ma brew and Neville to take me to an American diner for breakfast... I'll never know. Seeing as my motto is "Life: dish it up baby and don't be stingy with the jalapenos", I had to try the deep-fried stuffed jalapenos... they were about all I could handle.

At last, after four years of research and a year of writing, my 10th book, The Goddess DIET, is launched! 80 people toasted the launch with faux champagne... the only downside is, two of my colleagues had fisty-cuffs outside my stand at the Mind Body Spirit Festival!
