Beach Walk

Finally time for a walk on the beach... I was unprepared so all the photos were taken with my cell phone.

Chicago and Lex are out there some where! I took this through my polarized sun glasses. :-)

We decide to head south.... the hunt for yet another perfect rock is on.

Could one of these be it? (we have a ridiculous number of rocks that we've collected over the years)

"The big rock" is a frequent destination. (I can't believe the cell phone actually caught the splash up over the rock.)

When we turn back to head north, we can see the source of the thunder we'd been hearing... storm brewing!

JR kindly carried the heaviest rocks and still got ahead of me... this is the way back to the cottage.

We got our internet connected at the cottage. With things pretty much under control we headed out for our first beach walk of the summer... my FAVORITE past time.
