Ancient history

today I found this photo of my brother and me - I'm the little chubby one holding the felt ball... it took me back ... we both have families of our own now. Just looking at this, these were the days when mums knitted their children's jumpers and made their trousers... well, my mum did, anyway. She's still knitting jumpers and beanies and socks for children all around the world. Her ninth decade hasn't slowed her down!
