even when everything else is shutting down for autumn - there are signs of new life if you look carefully

this one doesn't believe in the seasons!

We had lunch today at a winery not far from where we used to live about 10 years ago. Everything in the lake is showing signs of autumn... it's going dormant - not dead. It will be spectacular in a few months.
