I'm trying to catch up on what I've been behind on. My second photoshoot was not as long as the first one. Alli was getting cold real fast and it was late in the day and not my ideal weather. But I still walked away with three of my favorite photos. For those that get a chance to see my blog but not my deviantart website, you can find these at http://deviantart.com/littledollface.
I had to post the first photo of Alli from the photoshoot. She was making the cutest face. Haha! I know you liked it Alli.
The last photoshoot Alli and I did, we took a photo of the items so we would remember what to bring on the next one. It was mostly improv again but we made it work. My roommates also came home early and Alli just wasn't in the mood to pose with them around. I don't blame her. When there aren't many women around, guys tend to stare when there is an attractive one present.
The shooting was a little difficult too. It was very bright but flat light that day. Alli was having a really hard time opening her eyes when I took shots of her in my indian blanket. Also, the light coming in through the barn wasn't very attractive either. I had to go back in and remove the ugly shadows. When I showed Alli the photos after I was done shooting, she wasn't impressed and just seemed disappointed with herself, so I told her we would stop. When I finally edited them though, I had to show her immediately. I was glad to see her reaction because like I said, a few days before she was bothered by them.
So the shoot was still a success. I haven't been able to steal Josh yet, though, because he works construction late but if not this spring, maybe late fall when I come back to Idaho.
I took Alli to the Fifth Street Skate Park so she can get the idea of what kind of photos I want to take next time.
The final photos I have posted are from riding with Neil on our day off. Neil wanted me to get shots of him doing tricks but he is so stubborn and demanding that I only took one good pic. We also wanted to get some photos of eachother in one of the shacks on the mountain. There are at least a dozen located across the slopes. The final shot is of me riding past Neil irritated for being so stubborn. What a butt! He knew I was bothered so he wanted to take photos of me grumpy. Haha!
I will leave everyone with that. I will update soon about the struggling horse at the Skate Park of all places. That's Idaho for ya.
