Don't be hard on yourself over a simple hair color change, changing hair color is one of those things that spice up life in a temporary harmless way.... like a change of clothing style.... boob jobs, tattoos, face lifts are an entirely different (semi permanent) category! AND when at 45 your hair starts that downward spiral to some mousy color intermixed with grey streaks, well... I can tell you from experience that any previous decision to be "natural" may well go right out the window! :-) Good post, as always.
