So this trainer of mine, needless to say from the same neck of woods like myself, which means 'No mercy' policy and explains very well why are all (ex) communist countries so good in sports, said to me after I almost puked out my breakfast from the rigor he was putting me through: "These exercises are really easy". And I thought to myself: "Honey, one of us is self delusional ... and its most likely me." And as i hobbled home like an arthritic 80 year old woman, feeling like shit because i am so unfit, I thought, at least I am a star. Yeah, right.
