In Feb 2007 I took myself off to Cardiff for the day. Since Doctor Who and Torchwood are shot in Cardiff by the BBC, there is a very strong link with the city - none more so than around the redeveloped harbour area. Apart from the fact that I loved the Wales Millennium Centre and the area around Roald Dahl Plass, you do get an eerie feeling looking at such a specific "location" that you have seen many times before "on the telly" - sadly Im sure these pics haven't captured it perfectly, but then this area always looks more mysterious at night in the TV shows.
.... and yes... Acorn Antiques The Musical was playing there when I visited....
