yes can tell you can ... this reminds me of when I lived in Florida and they brought in snow for the children to play in ... it kept melting :) I mean in some settings this could be ok ..like a giant sandbox... but it doesn't look right here in the city ...

You have to remember that Birmingham is about as far from the sea as you can get in England - these kids probably don't know what a real beach looks like!

Have you seen the one up by the library? I wouldn't use it myself, but I do think it is kind of cool, especially as it is free and for children who may never get to go to the beach and play with sand...
