These shots were taken after I climbed to the top of the dome of St Paul's Cathedral in London. The view is lovely, though you are left with the feeling that there is an enourmous amount of construction taking place at the moment with numerous cranes reaching up into the sky around you spoiling (or adding) to the skyline.

Great photos!
I climbed the dome back in 04. It was exhausting but well worth the effort. I can't imagine how the builders worked without power tools, safety standards and cranes etc.
