Union Square Train Station - Washington DC

Back in 2006, and Washington DC, this is a once thriving train station. Shut down for many years, it was reopened more recently and now operates as a transport terminal once again. Housed inside are various retail outlets that put many shopping malls to shame.

Sadly, due to the low light levels, it was hard to photograph and capture - so instead see Ridley Scott's attempt in Hannibal and the Michael Douglas thriller The Sentinel (which incidentally I saw in the underground cinema in this very train station!) for a better view of the place!
