Taken with my camera phone - these are the views of the part of Birmingham, England that can be seen from various windows of the office block I work in.
Sadly, looking round on photoblog some people get to work in lovely cities, I get to stare at very strange and odd coloured buildings.
The first picture is actually the view I can see from my desk of the Alpha Tower and was taken on a very sunny day a few weeks ago. In the distance can be seen (on the right) a tall tower which is actually the BT Tower and dominates the skyline if you approach Birmingham by train or tram from the Black Country direction of Wolverhampton and Dudley.
The other two shots were taken from another office which was being renovated and a few of us darted into to look round and go "ooh" and "aah" at because they have nice new carpets, new furniture and classy looking meeting rooms! The red building in the shots is the Mailbox building which among other things, houses the BBC local studios here in Birmingham.
