Bird of Alcatraz

Taken last month, as the sun was setting on the bay area of San Francisco, I noticed this Gull sat on a railing whilst trying to take pictures of Alcatraz.

Creeping closer without distrurbing it away, I took a few shots with Alcatraz in the background - the best one though had the old prison island out of focus.
