2010.03.14

This is a traditional Czech pastry called buchty. My family loves buchty filled with a very thick plum marmelade called povidla. It deffinitely is a comfort food for me:)...did I mention that the weather is still nasty and feels like in the middle of the winter... oh well

I first though why do u call it the bitchy then i read it properly! ;)
It looks tasty and u ate most of it! :(
Anyway this will be on my to-eat list whenever i make up in Prague..., just should remember not to ask for bitchy in the bakery!
