or so they say...
Well the truth is that so many things were considered healthy during the time...only to be dismissed and considered dangerous again after a couple of years...
Why breastfeed?! my mother was told! The scientists have developed something much better then that!
Don´t you dare not to breastfeed!!! I was told, your children may suffer their whole life if you don´t!!
Drink milk!
Too much milk is not good for you!
Eat butter and eggs!
Don´t you dare! Ever heard about cholesterol?
Eat fruit and vegetables !
Fruit and vegetable are full of pesticides !
Eat fish!
How much mercury contains the fish you eat?!
Eat spinach! It contains a lot of iron!
ehm...someone made a little math mistake:)
Spend a lot of time in the sun! only sick people are pale!
What?!? if you spend 5 minutes in the sun without sunscreen you are irresponsible!
and my favorite:
when my son was born, the maternity hospital resembled jail! NO VISITS! The babies are to be protected against germs and viruses!
When my daughter was born two years later, you could invite your whole family for a visit including aunt Wilma and her church choir:)
Which brings me to the conclusion: I take the stairs in Kuks any time, because they are beautiful,but other then that: push that button!!

:-) Love it! You are so right about the experts changing opinions..this causes cancer, now it doesn't, this is good for cancer prevention, no it isn't...anyway, love the stairs photos, I take them when I feel like it...

They are beautiful - l love the waterfall. I think you're alright with the eggs again now. They've decided that eggs and shellfish have a different type of cholesterol so they aren't considered problems now. Until the next study ;-)
