I'm feeling terribly cranky (no rain, sorry), so anything you feel like baking will be more than welcome. Thank you for the Book Thief. I'm reading (with two other books - I am a serial reader, alas). I find it frustrating because it could have been a great novel. If you want to compare it with something similar, Roman Gary (Frenchman) wrote a book called Les Cerfs-Volants (Kites). I am sure it has been translated into Czech.
