Ok I am fairly new in the cookie department, and I wanted to try out the recipe Leah (Chossid) so kindly sent me only to realize I am missing one of the ingredients (peppermint extract) As I was already in a cookie mood I decided to try out another recipe , which turned out great in the end...the only thing I have to figure out is the perfect size ...bigger or smaller...the jury is still out on this:)
