My father in law will be eighty next year...what a life!
He grew up before the WWII, lived through the Nazi occupation of our republic, he was persecuted by the communist regime.He has a very complicated personality...very stubborn old man, I tell you.
But for one thing he will have my utmost respect. He took care of my mother in law while she was ill - he was the most loving husband you can imagine and she died in his arms after long ten years of her illness.
He lives now alone in a small house in the country and we visit as offen as we can and for him I wish so much may the spring come so he can work in his garden again...
