I have been cooking today since morning. We are going to visit my father in law tomorrow, who is celebrating his 80th birthday and I want to bring him his favorite dishes - goulash with dumplings, roasted duck with potatoe dumplings , and beef stew with cream sauce and another sort of dumplings. As I am preparing these meals I started to wonder - how many times did I cook these meals for my family? I have been married for 22 years, cook almost every day from scratch and I am not very good in math but it must be a lot:)
