Just trying to shoot my apple cake, Agatha!

1 and 1/4 cup of flour
1 and 1/2 ts baking powder
3/4 cup of sugar
60 g butter - melted
2 eggs
1 ts cinnamon
2 apples - cored and cut into cubes
1/2 half cup nuts - cut into smaller pieces (I used hazelnuts this time)

Combine, stir well and bake at 180 degrees Celsius about 25-30 minutes.


It has been a busy prolonged weekend for me - still a lot to do - but this quick and easy recipe makes our home smell of cinnamon and baked apples - a true autumn smell I love:)
