Vanilla rolls recipe (easy recipe even Dan can make:)

You will need just a couple of ingredients for this recipe

Vanilla
|
240 g flour
|
110 g almonds
|
grind the almonds
|
70 g powder sugar
|
add 200 g butter
|
mix everything together - use your hands, come on, it is fun!
|
form little rolls and bake at 180 degrees Celsius about 5 minutes
|
done
|
give those little babies a good coating of powder sugar while still a little warm
|
|
|
enjoy!

These vanilla crescents are reminiscent of wedding cookies. For the lazy (or short on time) I think they can be formed into logs, frozen, and sliced and baked as desired, then rolled in the sugar. YUM!!!
