Cookies with a wonderful inner life:)

For the cups you will need :
230 g flour
100 g powder sugar
120 g butter
3 egg yolks

For the filling:
50 g of ground almonds or hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of cherry marmelade
1 tablespoon of butter

For the icing:
just melt some good chocolate and decorate with nuts or white chocolate as I did
