form two balls ( 1 quiche is never enough - but you can use just one and freeze the second if you want)
|
now comes the trick - place a sheet of plastic wrap on the dough and roll it out (so it does not stick )
|
You can use whatever for your quiche - I have ham and leftover beef ( Czech women don´t waste food!:)

Just a minute... You braved decades of totalitarian repression to smuggle a *Swiss* cooking magazine? Hmmmm.... ;-)

Your visual instructions are fantastic, Marie. This looks delicious. And I remember my Italian Noni using her finger to scrape eavery bit of egg out ouot the shell - every little bit!!! Do Czech women do that???

I have never seen quiche made this way.......thanks for including your smuggled recipe, it looks absolutely delicious. So different from the quiche that is made here. I'm going to try it! One egg and sour cream, no milk or cream. The pastry looks fantastic too......I like it!
