What an amazing set of closeups. Love those carrots in the first shot. The pork looks so lean. You didn't have to butcher your own hog I hope.....haha. Just a little touch of ArtBee funny. The spices added to the vegetables must smell wonderful. I like to add a little pinch of sugar to carrots when sauteed, tastes good on turnip as well, adds a bit of sweetness. This recipe seems to be quite easy to make, even Dan could probably make it. What kind of potatoes are they? Parsley adds both colour and added vitamins. Nice touch. You are the "Queen" of food photography as well as a mighty fine cook Marie.
