Easy lunch recipe II

salt the salmon and cut into smaller pieces

you need 2 cups of couscous

in a bowl drizzle the couscous with 2 table spoons vegetable oil and stirr

heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the salmon - cook for about 4 minutes on each side

Boil 1 and 1/2 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and the couscous, stirr over low heat, until the couscous absorbs the water - it goes very quickly!

after a couple of seconds cover the pot and let stand for about 3 minutes ( away from the heat)

rinse frozen peas and corn

with cold water

and add to the couscous, stirr and cover

divide salmon into smaller pieces
