Every September in Birmingham we have a wonderful weekend of all things art related - ArtsFest!

After going out for dinner on Friday, we trotted off to see a few live bands and illuminated art at various points across the city centre. Unfortunately, the weather decided to cause a little havoc, so a few of the planned activites, such as a chinese lantern parade were cancelled (to say I was gutted would be an understatement, as this was the one thing I was really looking forward to seeing...).

Lindyart awwww I am sorry to hear about the chinese lanterns ..that would of been beautiful and such a great subject.. hope you had fun anyway ..:) The council house looks great with the art lighting it up !!
