Free Tibet. Free Dafur. Free Burma/Myanmar.
I received a message from Nacho Garcia a few days ago regarding a huge Photoblog post for the Free Tibet campaign, so above is my contribution.
The picture above was taken a while back. It would (to me) have been easy to post pics of chains, symbolising repression, however to me freedom for the repressed should be about looking towards something positive and not focusing on negative symbolism.
For myself, there is nothing more that is symbolic of freedom than the ocean; that wide open space offering so many opportunities, beautiful and untamed...free to do whatever it chooses.
