Sooke Annual Great Chili Cookoff. 5 bucks for 13 bowls of chili. Sounds like a recipe for a fun afternoon (less pleasant evening for some people I know). For some reason a 350 pound man asked to be suspended 100 feet in the air for at least an hour before he came back down, waited 15 minutes and decided it was time to head back up the crane. The chili with chocolate in it was best.
