Wonderful shot, and a fantastic presentation of your dessert, I might add! Bread pudding, as we refer to it in the States, is wildly popular as well, although I believe his presentation may the best I've ever seen! Thanks too by the way .... I'm trying to watch my calorie intake and now, I'm CRAVING dessert! =)
